Classroom Management: Staff

W. Glenn Walker – C.E.A.I., N.C.T.M., A.A.T.A., N.A.L.P., Master of Education in Secondary Mathematics, and Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering. He has taught in public high schools for ten years after working for fifteen years in the aerospace industry, thus bringing to the classroom a wealth of practical knowledge about the working world. He serves as a bi-vocational local pastor, writes news and sports articles for local newspapers, works as color sports commentator for a local radio station, serves as webmaster for his church's website, and is a former astronaut candidate. Mr. Walker has been named the Christian Educators Association International's 2006-07 National Teacher of the Year.

Carrie Chiappetta has her MS in Middle School Education from the University of Bridgeport in Connecticut. She has received many awards of recognition including Presidential award for secondary mathematics teaching '01, Toyota T.I.M.E. grant, Connecticut Education Association "Salutes" award, and the Stamford education Association Spotlight Award. She is a Member of the National, State & District Mathematics committees.

Ron Tuitt: Author of Byte me!; 10th year as 2nd Grade teacher at Paterson Elementary School; Former award-winning writer for NJ’s North Brunswick Post; Winner of 25 New Jersey Press Association Awards, including 10 first prizes, many on children and education issues; Former senior text writer TV GUIDE magazine; Graduate of New York University (1982).

Tim Gruber – B.A. degree in Journalism from Humboldt State University and M.A. degree in Physical Education Administration. Has written several articles on a host of subjects related to Down syndrome, parenting, athletics, and fatherhood, as well as contributing author of “Family Makers” book published in 2003. Has developed and lead Workshops for both corporate and non-profit organizations on a multitude of subjects. Also, delivered motivational speeches’ specializing in learning methodology, fatherhood, and creating successful classroom environments for special needs children. Fourteen years of college teaching experience, and currently a consultant in the proprietary educational market.

Frank Holes Jr: is a middle school teacher at Inland Lakes Schools in Indian River, Michigan. He received his bachelor's degree from Michigan State University and his masters in Educational Leadership from Central Michigan University. He was voted teacher of the year in 2004, and currently serves on the local Language Arts Council and Educational Technology Committee. He is also the editor of the StarTeaching website and the site's newsletter, Features for Teachers. He speaks and presents all over Michigan on the topics of technology integration, writing across the curriculum, and practical language arts teaching activities.

Chad Criswell: Chad Criswell is the Director of Bands at Western Dubuque High School in Northeast Iowa. He holds a bachelor's degree in music education and a master's degree in education technology from the University of Northern Iowa. L. Marie Wise: Bachelors degree in Education with concentrations in reading and English as a Second Language from Indiana University & a Masters degree from the University of Phoenix . Taught 1st grade and sixth grade in both public and parochial schools. She is currently the After School Program Director at a private college preparatory school and instructs art classes in the summer.

Lou Anne Dibble: Graduate of Cal Berkeley; former substitute teacher; "at risk" counselor and "human development" teacher; Currently teaches classes for those with Phobias, panic attacks and OCD
