Hosted the Sister Circle from the East St. Paul YMCA during FLY class. The FLY class spoke to other teen girls about martial arts training and taught them agility exercises, basic punches and kicks.
Hosted the P6 group after school one evening. The FLY class spoke to teen girls in a pregnancy prevention program about their martial arts training and taught them agility exercises, basic punches and kicks in our 2+ hour class. We also had dinner afterwards and shared some great conversation.
FLY was on TV! The teen show “Whatever”, filmed and aired a piece on the FLY class and the 5 Fingers of Self Defense. |
