Philosopy/Belief Statement

Our goal is to establish lifelong interest in Jewish learning in both its formal and informal aspects. The Friday School values all members of the community in their varying perspectives and in their exploration of Judaism - in this way our children can freely and proudly identify as participating members of the Jewish community. We welcome new members and admit students of any race, color, national and ethnic origin to all of the school's programs and activities.
Notes/School Information

The Friday School offers weekly classes in Hebrew and Jewish Studies (covering history, ethics, holidays and Torah), which express our Jewish culture and spirit. Families gather for holiday festivities and periodic Shabbat evening services throughout the year. We also provide guidance for Bar/Bat Mitzvah celebrations.

The Friday School employees a professional director who works together with the parents to run our school. Our teachers include enthusiastic students from Brown, RISD, and Johnson and Wales as well as some parents of our students.
