Interscholastic athletics: Soccer, basketball, riding, volleyball, tennis, track, cross country, field hockey, lacrosse, swimming, softball; member of PIAA. The Linden Hall riding team competes in Tri-State Equitation League and Interscholastic Equitation Association. The Linden Hall Equestrian team were named Zone II Regional Champions last Spring, making them one of the top 20 equestrian teams in the nation and taking them to IEA Nationals in Ohio. |
Founded in 1746, Linden Hall is the oldest girls' boarding school in the nation. Committed to excellence in the education of young women, Linden Hall provides a rigorous and multifaceted college-preparatory experience for both day and boarding students in grades 6-12. Here, each student is nurtured and inspired to reach her highest potential. We are a diverse community of life-long learners, set in a structured, family-centered environment. Our community values scholarly achievement, character development, cultural awareness, and physical wellness, as it strives to prepare young women to assume the leadership roles of their generation. Linden Hall's student body this year is comprised of girls from 5 continents, 9 states, and 9 foreign countries. |
