Children will learn basic martial arts skills and will be put through many fitness exercises. This is more than martial arts, this is a complete fitness program and will help children lose weight and get in shape. We will cover nutrition as well as fitness. From pull ups, sit ups, push ups, rowing, weights, rings, balance drills, etc. we will give your child a great workout geared to their own physical fitness level.
