Program Information:
Venturing is a program for young adults that focuses on leadership development through organized activities. Each Venture unit is different but they all share the goal of engaging young people in activities that will help them become caring and responsible adults.
Venture Crew 25’s emphasis is on outdoor education and high adventure experiences. We typically meet once a month where Crew members organize and lead an activity of their choosing. We also work on planning our “superactivity” summer events such as SCUBA certification in Missouri or backpacking in Colorado (both events are planned for summer 2009).
Slogan: As a Venturer, I promise to do my duty to God and help strengthen America, to help others, and to seek truth, fairness, and adventure in our world.
