Amount of Scholarship: $2000 or $3000
Number of Awards: 20-30
Available to Class Level: high school seniors, college freshmen and sophomores
Requirements: Any African-American, Hispanic American, or Native American U.S. citizen or permanent resident who is majoring or planning to major in physics, and who is a high school senior, college freshman, or sophomore is eligible to apply for the scholarship.
Due Date: first Friday in February
Purpose of Award: To increase the number of African American, Native American and Hispanic American students obtaining physics bachelors degrees
