Requirements: Applications are available online on the ScholarshipExperts.com website at www.scholarshipexperts.com/apply.htx. The application must include name and contact information, background details, academic details, and a short, original, previously unpublished written response to the scholarship topic, “What is unique about students born in 1994? Explain.” The written response must be in English, with correct spelling and grammar, and must not exceed 250 words. All applications become the property of the sponsor and will not be returned. The sponsor assumes no responsibility for lost, late, misdirected, or illegible entries. Limit one application per person. All applications must be submitted by 11:59 p.m. EST on the deadline date.
Eligibility: Must have been born in 1994,a legal residents of the fifty United States or the District of Columbia and plan to enroll no later than the fall of 2014 in an accredited post-secondary institution of higher education.

All students, regardless of academic merit or financial need, are encouraged to apply.

The sponsor is looking for eligible applicants who follow directions and submit applications that are well-written and clearly and creatively address the topic. On or about Sept. 30, 2011, a qualified panel of judges will select one potential winner based on the criteria of writing ability (25 percent), creativity (25 percent), originality (25 percent), and overall excellence (25 percent). In the event of a tie, the potential winner will be the applicant with the higher score for overall excellence.

Current employees, officers, directors and agents of the sponsor and its related companies and members of their immediate families (defined as spouse, parents, siblings and children) and persons residing at the same address are not eligible to win.
