Service Description: Clinic and Support for People with Down syndrome
Mission Statement:
The purpose of the Eastern Pennsylvania Down Syndrome Center is to provide comprehensive medical evaluations of infants, children, adolescents and adults with Down syndrome in a family centered model. The Center also provides consultative services, provide medical services locally for persons with Down syndrome, and to serve as a community resource for families, service agencies, practitioners, and the general public.
Membership Fee: $20.00 per year

History:
Founded in 1999, the Eastern PA Down Syndrome Center was founded on the premise that all people, including those with Down syndrome, are entitled to proper medical care, inclusion in their home schools and communities and an opportunity to lead full and productive lives. We invite you to become a part of this legacy by helping to support the EPDSC Development Fund. Any gift, small or large, will make a difference in the lives of the families we are privileged to serve. Our goal is to help all individuals with Down syndrome obtain the chance they deserve to dream, set goals for the future and reach their full potentials.
