Activities

Camp activities include field trips, arts and crafts, beading, board and strategy games, cheerleading, cooking, cooperative games, dance, DDR, fort building, game room, karaoke, music, swimming, team sports, water play, and more. Enrichment classes include an extensive variety of hands-on, academic, and sports classes as well as hikes to local foothills.

Information

The camp curriculum is designed around weekly thematic units, activities and field trips that allow children to make choices to work alone, in small groups, or in large groups as they engage in active or quiet adult-supervised projects. The camp offers all-day, half-day, and extended-day options to help meet the needs of all family schedules.

The enrichment classes foster creativity and self-expression by giving students a chance to explore subjects that are of interest to them, yet are often only touched upon during a regular school year. These classes provide students with an opportunity to use their small and large motor skills along with their minds. Additional classes in core academic subjects provide an opportunity to review and improve basic skills.

Afternoon hikes round out a busy and fun-filled day by providing students with a refreshing breath of fresh air and a chance to cool off in our nearby foothills. Camp and enrichment activities may be mixed
