Our community consists of two phases all on the same campus: Summit Achievement and Summit Traverse.

Summit Achievement is a primary intervention, with students transitioning each week between our campus and 4-day adventure therapy expeditions.  It combines impactful adventure therapy and clinical sophistication, a strong academic program, and a therapeutic community.

Summit Traverse is an ideal next step for students graduating from our Achievement phase or another similar primary treatment program.  Summit Traverse is an innovative, flexible-length therapeutic boarding school that combines family-centered therapeutic services, accredited classroom academics, and a rich residential life curriculum. We accept students who have successfully completed a primary treatment program and need help in transitioning back home or to a traditional boarding school.

To foster lasting change for students and families through personalized clinical support, accredited academics, and adventure therapy in a model designed to build resilience, restore connection, and prepare students and families for life beyond
treatment.

Summit Achievement is a licensed residential treatment center for adolescents navigating anxiety, depression, and neurodivergence. Through a fully integrated model of personalized clinical support, accredited academics, and adventure therapy, students engage in a weekly rhythm of classroom learning, therapeutic programming, and outdoor experiences. Each student is supported by a master’s level therapist and interdisciplinary team, while families participate in weekly therapy and coaching to grow alongside their child. At Summit, growth doesn’t happen all at once. It’s supported through consistency, care, and the space to try again. In a structured, compassionate setting, students begin to heal, reconnect, and build meaningful resilience.

Established in 1996, Summit Achievement helps adolescents facing anxiety, depression, and neurodivergence through a unique blend of clinical support, academics, and adventure, offering hope when nothing else has worked.
