History:
Russian Martial Art is 1,000 years old. It teaches strength, courage and humility. As opposed to ringside competition or karate belts, Russian Martial Art prepares the warrior spirit for victory against opponents whom are to be defeated using the least force possible, that the opponent live to learn the better way, which is peace.
Program Highlights:
Students learn amazing ability to control their anger and other base spirits. Students also learn how to survive the terrors of war or life, actually, without those terrors penetrating their psyches. Parents need to prepare themselves that they will have no belt ascendency to brag about, no trophies, no usual trappings of hubris normally connected with martial arts. Instead, they might be surprised at maturities gained by their children while practicing Russian Martial Art Systema.
Slogan: Strength, Courage and Humility.
