Education Programs: The Library offers a variety of computer classes.
Regular Children's Programs:
Mother Goose Time - Monday through Thursday at 9:30 am - Mother Goose Time is for babies and toddlers from birth through age two. The programs feature rhymes, songs and activities suitable for babies. Older siblings enjoy Mother Goose Time, too.
Toddlertime - Monday and Tuesday at 10:30 am - short stories, puppets and activities especially for two-year-olds accompanied by an adult.
Preschool Storytime - Wednesday at 10:30 am - books, stories and language development activities especially-chosen for 3-5 year-olds.
A Little Cool Stuff - Thursday at 3:45 pm - stories, songs and activities just right for children in pre-kindergarten, kindergarten and Grade 1.
Cool Stuff - Wednesdays at 3:45 pm - Cool Stuff is a great time for kids to learn about books, culture and language without pressure. Children in Grades 1-6 will love this combination of literature, crafts, songs, and games.

The Talking Book Center is the Library for individuals who cannot read standard print material because of a visual or physical handicap or learning disability and is located on the Second Floor. The Talking Book Center is a program of the Library of Congress and is supported by several area United Ways.
Exhibits: Displays: The work, interests and collections of local people are displayed in the glass fronted cases on the Ground and First floors and the Art Wall near the circulation desk on the First Floor. Patrons are encouraged to share their collections with the community.
Events:
A Little Lunch Music: First Thursday of the month at 12 noon.
Book Sales: The Friends have major book sales twice a year on the second floor of the Library and ongoing sales from book carts near the circulation desks. Book sales are our major fund raisers and we seek donated materials and volunteer help. Donated books in good condition are accepted at the first floor circulation desk during Library hours.
