Computer Capabilities:
We have a computer classroom with twelve new computers with dual booting of Windows and Vista, as well as Office 2007. Our patron lab has sixteen computers, four with scanners, each equipped with Windows XP, and both Office 2003 and Office 2007. There are also computers for children in the Children's Department complete with games.
Education Programs: For adults, we offer computer classes each week, including most of the Office Suite programs, as well as special topics, such as editing digital photographs, travel on the web, Google, and more. For children, we have over twenty story times each week for various age groups. We also offer language classes that vary, such as Spanish, French, Sign Language, and Chinese.
Summer Programs: We have Summer Reading Clubs for children, teens, and adults, as well as themed programs in the Youth Services Department all summer.
