Enjoy living on our Brighton Campus in one of our suite-style residence halls. Fully furnished bedrooms, living rooms, kitchens, and bathrooms will keep you comfortable while studying, relaxing, and experiencing college life. Tuition:

MCC offers outstanding academic value, thanks to high-quality SUNY credits combined with low tuition. On average, over 65% of our students graduate with zero debt! As of Fall 2025, the full-time, in-state tuition rate was $2,600 per semester, and the full-time, out-of-state tuition rate was $5,200 per semester. Our helpful and knowledgeable Financial Aid counselors will walk you through the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) and, if applicable, the New York State Tuition Assistance Program (TAP). In addition to these grants, we will help connect you to scholarship opportunities, work-study programs, SUNY-wide initiatives such as Reconnect and ASAP, as well as other forms of aid.
