School History:
Founded in 2004 through the combined efforts of Stages Theatre group and the Hopkins School District, MSSPA opened its doors to 9th and 19th graders in 2004, adding 11th grade in 2005 and 12th grade in 2006. The school is today authorized by the University of St. Thomas and offers a rigorous and comprehensive arts and academic education.
