Mission Statement:

Philosophy/Belief Statement:
Through CCU Academy, Colorado Christian University provides opportunities for students to earn transferable college credit and even an associate degree prior to their high school graduation. Dual credit and dual enrollment courses provide affordable general education courses for high school students in order to help reduce college costs and prepare for the rigor of college coursework.
School History:
CCU Dual Credit began in 2010 by forming partnerships with high schools across the nation and offering students college credit. Since then, the dual credit program serves more than 5,300 students in 165 high schools. While earning dual credit, students are simultaneously completing their high school degrees.
As of May 2020, CCU Dual Credit evolved into CCU Academy, which added an online dual enrollment program, as well as an Associate of Arts Degree in Liberal Arts. They both provide additional opportunities for students to receive college credit and engage in online courses.
Students are able to earn general education course credit that can be used at most colleges and universities across the United States.
High school dual credit courses are taught by teachers approved by the CCU Academy staff; the teachers must meet requirements and standards. Online dual enrollment professors are also highly qualified faculty.
