Due to our close proximity to the City of Centralia, the entire village of Central City lies within the boundaries of the Centralia High School District. Therefore, most Central City School graduates attend Centralia High School. However, several of our students have chosen to attend the newly constructed "Christ Our Rock" Lutheran High School which is located about 15 minutes away from the village of Central City.
As one of 13 "feeder" schools whose 8th grade graduates attend Centralia High School, Central City school understands that we must do all we can in order to prepare our students for high school and beyond. We are proud to say that of the last 11 valedictorians at Centralia High School (1999-2010), 4 have been Central City School graduates.
