Mission Statement:
The mission of They Youth Academy Charter School, a non-profit public Charter School of Williamsburg County School District, is:
To provide a quality educational experience in a structured, supportive environment through the implementation and evaluation of specific students and program performance measures in the areas of academic preparedness, life skill competencies, vocational readiness, and behavior management skills for students with special needs, students seeking a alternate learning style and smaller setting. Students are accepted from the surrounding communities and within the Williamsburg County School District.
The school environment and philosophy will place a unique holistic emphasis on working with the entire family to improve the overall living environment of each student.

Youth Academy Charter School approved by Williamsburg County School District in the Fall of 1999. Offering 15 slots grades 9th through 12th grades.
Summer of 2007 Youth Academy Charter School increased slots and grade levels from K5-12th grades. Currently serving Grades 2nd through 12th.
