In 1978, after completing his electrical apprenticeship, Steve Maderazzo founded Canyon State Electric with a vision to build a better future for his family while delivering high-quality results for his clients. Though he had little entrepreneurial experience, his determination and work ethic set the foundation for the company's success.
With Steve's positive attitude and tireless commitment--often working twice as hard as anyone else--general contractors and business owners quickly recognized Canyon State Electric as a trusted partner. What began as a one-man operation steadily grew into a multi-million-dollar firm, known for reliability and excellence.
Today, the company is led by Steve's children, Stephanie Maderazzo-Hughes and Chris Maderazzo, who continue his legacy by investing in technology, innovation, and forward-thinking construction practices. Under their leadership, Canyon State Electric remains committed to adapting to industry changes while maintaining the values that shaped its beginnings.
