Horizon Neuropsychological Services

A neuropsychological evaluation by a licensed clinical psychologist (PhD or PsyD) explores your child's unique brain-behavior relationship through interactive tests. We assess skills such as verbal, nonverbal, problem-solving, attention, memory, motor, adaptive functioning, academics, emotion regulation, and social communication. Comparing your child's performance to peers identifies strengths and weaknesses, which are reviewed in the context of medical history, family background, culture, and education. Based on this, we diagnose and create a treatment plan to help your child reach their full potential. All information is documented in a report for parents and necessary treatment providers (per parent request).
