Additional Information
Who we are:
Medical Support Services is a state-accredited pediatric therapy provider specializing in occupational, physical, and speech therapy. We serve children and young adults from birth through adolescence and beyond, including individuals with developmental delays who may continue therapy into adulthood.
Medical Support Services operates as part of Tender Touch Therapy, an organization that has provided pediatric therapy services for over 25 years. Through this structure, our multidisciplinary team delivers coordinated care across occupational, physical, and speech therapy, allowing patients to receive multiple services in one place with close collaboration among clinicians.
Services are provided through our clinic locations in Oak Creek, Mount Pleasant, and Kenosha, as well as through teletherapy, home visits, and services delivered in community and facility-based settings. We proudly serve families throughout Milwaukee County, Racine County, Kenosha County, and the greater Southeastern Wisconsin area.
Our mission is to empower children to succeed--one ability at a time.
Services
We serve children and young adults with a wide range of medical and developmental needs through comprehensive occupational, physical, and speech therapy services. Areas of treatment include gross motor development, mobility and functional independence, adaptive equipment management, aquatic therapy, fine motor and visual-motor development, self-care skills, sensory processing and regulation, articulation and phonological development, expressive and receptive language, augmentative and alternative communication (AAC), feeding challenges, and more.
Partnerships
Medical Support Services partners with schools, healthcare providers, childcare centers, and community organizations to provide pediatric therapy services. Partnerships may include providing therapy services at your location, offering therapy consultations, supporting IEP teams, or conducting screenings in school, daycare, or community settings.
