1.What is the current format of your historic media (book, 16mm film, slides, etc.)?
2.If you have multiple formats to be digitized, please list the formats you know.
3.What is the approximate size or dimensions of your current media to be scanned?
4.An exact count of pages, slides, film reels, etc. allows for a more accurate cost estimate. How many units/images/reels do you need digitized?
5.What is your preferred output format for archiving?
