Crave Beauty Academy partners with some of the leading salon and spa professional manufacturers and leaders in our industry. We are dedicated to providing a quality education and as a leading creator of industry techniques and products, Crave’s educational materials are at the top.
Our educators are supported in the classroom by Pivot Point International, The Pacific Institute, Nuts and Bolts Business Training, and Summit Salon Tracking Systems. Additionally, we offer successful industry related guest speakers and product knowledge classes, service demonstrations, lectures, and continuing education for our Crave graduates.

THE PIVOT POINT EDUCATION
Crave Beauty Academy teaches students using the Pivot Point International educational system. Pivot Point has been in the business for decades, and provides helpful online resources to take beauty education to the next level. Crave Beauty Academy has been partnered with Pivot Point for many years because we love the quality of the education and the support it provides to students. Crave Beauty Academy is a Pivot Point Legacy School Partner.
Some people have difficulty learning in classroom settings, which is why Pivot Point breaks the mold by striving to make the education into a lifestyle. Learning doesn’t end when the student steps out of the classroom, Pivot Point continues to find ways to engage with the student throughout their day. The learning materials are available to students on the iPads, laptops or tablets. Students can literally carry their education with them wherever they go!
School Schedule: Monday 9:30 am – 5:00 pm Tuesday – Thursday 9:30 am – 9:00 pm Friday 9:30 am – 4:30 pm Saturday 9:00 am – 5:00 pm Our salon is closed on Sundays.
School Holidays: Closed for the following Holidays: New Years Day, MLK Day, Memorial Day, Juneteenth Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, CHristmas Day
School Size: Our Wichita campus is huge and designed to help create an atmosphere our students love and to foster creativity! Students at our Wichita location can be in an environment that both has learning areas and a beautiful guest service area that looks and feels like a professional salon and spa. Plus, with comfortable classrooms, a great break room, and other resources, you can feel confident you’re in a place where you can work hard and play hard. This location is conveniently located directly on Douglas Ave, and you can find us right next to Salon Centric and a variety of other stores. You can’t miss us just down the road from West Douglas Park. Our Ballwin, Missouri Campus is our newest campus at Crave Beauty Academy. This location is over 10,400 square feet with 3 large classrooms, a student salon, and more. We’ve created an environment to help inspire students and foster creativity. Programs and Services:
Our accredited 1500-hour cosmetology program is built to provide all the basic skills and understanding you may need to work with hair, skin, and nails for your clients. The program incorporates both classroom and salon floor education, allowing you to feel prepared for your career as a cosmetologist.
Both salon locations offer a variety of beauty services. Cuts & styles, color, hand and foot treatments, waxing, make-up and ear piercing are just some of the services you can get at our salon. All of these are performed by trained students under the direct supervision of licensed professionals.

While our Crave Beauty Academy story begins in 2013, we have had years of experience and success. Prior to 2013, we had an extensive background and a global reputation as a leader in cosmetology education for over 25 years. This has given us a strong foundation to build upon and become even better.
