Our programs provide an extraordinary atmosphere for students to build unique creations, play games, and have loads of fun using LEGO® bricks. The activities are designed to trigger young children’s lively imaginations and build their self-confidence.
History:
The Bricks 4 Kidz® model was founded by Michelle Cote (a former architect) in St. Augustine, Florida. Michelle started an after-school Spanish Class (outside the school system). In the spring of 2008, while filling out the forms to become a “School Board Vendor” teaching Spanish, Michelle noticed a category (on the form) for “Creative Science.” Her son loves to play with LEGO® bricks, and she thought to herself, “Maybe I could lead a Creative Science LEGO® class too.” Michelle was awarded the bid for both the after-school Spanish and the Creative Science LEGO® class. That summer, 35 children signed up for the LEGO® camp!
After seeing the excitement over the LEGO® bricks, Michelle decided to go with the LEGO® after-school class in the fall and it took off. That fall, Michelle found herself at three different elementary schools with an average of 20 students in each class every week. Now Michelle does over 20 after-school enrichment classes a week, PLUS in-school field trips, 11 camps during the summer and bunches of birthday parties every weekend!
Today BRICKS 4 KIDZ® has over 100 franchises throughout the world making it one of the fastest growing franchises in the US and Canada.

Field Trip Destinations: A Bricks 4 Kidz® in school field trip takes learning out of the pages of the textbook and into an imaginative, 3-dimensional, hands-on learning experience! Use the LEGO® bricks your students already know and love to get them excited about learning. A Bricks 4 Kidz® field trip is a fun-filled, engaging experience that kids will be talking about long after the fun and learning has ended.
Bricks 4 Kidz models are the centerpiece of the lesson, which includes an educator-scripted discussion designed to engage students in a discovery process. Screened, trained Bricks 4 Kidz® teachers deliver everything needed, including LEGO® bricks, full-color model plans, and take-home materials.
Many field trips themes are available, from ancient history to space exploration, covering subjects like simple machines and laws of motion. We can even design a program specifically tailored to your curriculum.
Program Information:
Bricks 4 Kidz classes provide an extraordinary atmosphere for children, where we learn, we build, we play, with LEGO(R) bricks. Programs are built around our proprietary model plans, designed by engineers and architects, with exciting themes such as space, construction, and amusement parks. Our specially designed project kits and theme-based models provide the building blocks for the Bricks 4 Kidz approach to educational play. At Bricks 4 Kidz, we believe that children learn best through activities that engage their curiosity and creativity.
