Program Information:

Cabrini Connections is a 501 (c) 3 non profit organization, formed in 1993. While the activities of this program are unique, what makes this organization really special is that its founders also created the Tutor/Mentor Connection in 1993, as they were launching the Cabrini Connections program. The T/MC maintains a database of most Chicago area tutor/mentor programs and leads activities that help each program get volunteers, donors and training needed to constantly improve.
