History:
We have been Active in the Communities of Greater Los Angeles since 2011. In addition to our Free Sports Performance program for our local youth, we have hosted a number of Community Beach Clean-ups, free community fitness days, and have also worked alongside Habitat for Humanity helping build new homes and new hopes.
Program Highlights:
Our Sports Program provides local youth with the chance to enhance their overall athletic performance though the latest in strength and conditioning training. This is a unique program to help all children build healthier bodies, confidence, learn leadership and other valuble life-skills!
Activities:
Our sessions are uniquely designed for beginner athletes and challenging enough
to test even the higher level players.
