The YMCA operates the SACC programs at the YMCA and various schools throughout the Eau Claire Area. Each program is designed to promote creativity and build self-esteem while developing each child’s full potential. We hope to instill in each child a sense of respect for themselves, others and their surroundings. Positive interactions in both small and large groups are emphasized.
The purpose of the YMCA SACC Program is to provide a unique, positive, educational and recreational experience
for children in Kindergarten-5th Grade. The goal of the YMCA SACC Program is to supplement and strengthen the kind of learning and guidance provided by parents and school. The YMCA staff strives to provide quality care for children in a healthy and caring
environment.
