History:
FEMA began in November 1988-we are a 501 c 3 non profit educational organization dedicated to the empowerment of all people through martial arts, personal safety and self-defense training so we may have a more peaceful community and planet.
Program Highlights:
Our Little Elements Program for girls and boys 4-7 years old. Our FEMA Girls program for girls 6-12, and our Family Class for everyone 8 and older. We also have Taij and Qigong classes, and Iaido (Japanese Sword) Classes for 13 and older.

Five Element Martial Arts and Healing Center is open to ALL GENDERS ages 4-100!
Our special classes for YOUTH-
-LITTLE ELEMENTS CLASS (for girls & boys 4-7) is every Wednesday (After School) 4:30-5:15PM FEMA --Girls CLASS (ages 6-13) is every Monday 6-7:30P and every FIRST SATURDAY 9:30-11AM
Through Martial Arts training principles the kids practice and learn:
-Physical Excercises for focus,agility, strength, stretching and balance.
-Mental Excercises (Meditations) for Health and well being in mind and heart (spirit)
-Respect and Safety for self and others
-Confidence (solo practices)
-Teamwork (group challenges)
-How to lead others and be a good example
-Honoring Diversity
-Growing through Challenges
-Celebrating Community
