Setting:
Our After School Programs are housed in each of Beverly’s Elementary Schools and at our Teen Center for Briscoe Middle School children. Our Hamilton Wenham Schools Out program is held at the Community Center. Each of our sites offer a safe, clean, friendly environment staffed by competent, responsible caregivers that understand and meet the needs of children.
Program Highlights:
Program includes: arts, crafts, homework help, curriculum based enrichment, board and card games, sports, cooperative games, swim sessions, snack, and much more. Our programs pride themselves on providing a wide variety of activities to keep your children busy and active while developing social skills.

Though activities may vary among sites, YMCA staff aim to provide something for everyone. Whether it be sports or cooperative games in the gym, a group Bingo game, or homework assistance your child is sure to find something to cling to at our program. Our staff is fully motivated and committed to providing a safe, wholesome environment that supports the development of a healthy spirit, mind, and body.
Field Trip Destinations: Our students are transported to the Sterling Center YMCA for swim sessions. Our Full Day and Vacation Day Programs are packed with fun-filled guests and field trips to ensure enjoyment. Such trips may include: going to the movies, trips to an area park or zoo, bowling, roller skating, or indoor children's playgrounds.

The Greater Beverly YMCA is dedicated to the values of caring, honesty, respect, and responsibility. Our YMCA provides all children, adults, and families, regardless of income, with opportunities to develop a healthy spirit, mind, and body. Our School age programs provide a safe, wholesome environment, in which parents and children can learn to communicate, cooperate, and care about each other. Our caregivers and focused on meeting the needs of our children and their families while helping children foster self confidence, Interpersonal relationships, positive values, physical skills, and a sense of community. Our programs offer a wide variety of activities including homework and curriculum based enrichment as well as on site snack. Half Day and Full Day care is also provided for school vacation, cancellations, and professional days.
