Setting:
Healthy Hands Cooking is a national, one-of-a-kind afterschool curriculum that combines movement, nutrition, food preparation and fun in a daily, full-year structured program that schools access online and administer themselves.
History:
Since 2012, we have collaborated with hundreds of our experienced instructors to design a fun, engaging healthy cooking curriculum. More than just recipes, we offer a turn-key solution to an afterschool program kids will love by combining nutrition games, movement activities and cooking with a focus on S.T.E.M. learning.
Program Highlights:
This program not only promotes healthy habits to your students, it also provides revenue for the school. Many schools do not even realize how much revenue can be generated through an in-house afterschool program. With HHC Kids Club, schools can run a fun, safe, quality afterschool program themselves, while keeping the revenue to re-invest in their own students' needs.
Support Services:
STELLAR, dedicated support team available by chat, phone, or email.
Activities:
Healthy Hands Cooking is a national, one-of-a-kind afterschool curriculum that combines fun movement, nutrition, food preparation and fun in a daily, full-year structured program that schools access online and administer themselves.
Field Trip Destinations: Special guests can be invited into the program by the participating school such as "meet your local Farmer", "Farmer's Market Coordinators", "Department of Natural Resources", USDA, "Local Fish Hatcheries" and so much more.
