SPORTS JAM ACADEMY is a safe, fun and exciting sports training & fitness afterschool program, recommended for GRADES K - 3rd.
Each 1 hour class session will emphasize speed & quickness development, as well as basic skills & drills in various team sports, (including Basketball, Football, Soccer & Baseball). Student/players will also learn about proper nutrition, teamwork, sportsmanship, build self confidence all while making new, lasting friendships.
All gear & equipment is supplied. Taught afterschool, onsite, in a safe and fun environment. (Limit 12 students per class).
