Setting:
Our programs are located in gyms, cafeterias, and classrooms. We use the four YMCA Character traits (Caring, Honesty, Respect, and Responsibilty) as the backbone of our program. Our activities include games, sports, arts, crafts, homework time, movies, skits, guest speakers, field trips, and much more!
History:
Our first site was established in 1989 at Roosevelt School in Moline. We have had a strong child care program for many years
Program Highlights:
Over the many years we have served thousands of children and families. We have set the standard for school age child care in Rock Island County. We provide a safe, productive program for parents to leave their children when the need to attend work or school.
Activities:
We like to keep our participants active during the time they are with us. We offer group games, free play, games, sports, arts, crafts, homework time, movies, skits, and character development
