We have continued to expand the program from one class to two and now to three for the coming year, with help from the King County Wild Places in City Spaces Grant, and funding from Sustainable Seattle and the Washington Native Plant Society.
Program Information:
The student's work has been recognized this year in several ways. We have become a level one King County Green School, a bronze level Eco-School through the National Wildlife Federation, and I have received the King County Earth Hero award.
