Additional Information:
We are seeking volunteers to be matched one-to-one with youth in one of three mentor programs: Domestic Foster Care, Refugee Foster Care, and Youth Services (for youth transitioning out of foster care). The mentor program is a community-based program which means match activities take place out in the community. Activities might include going to the park, working on homework at the library, going out to eat, etc. Applicants must be 18 years of age and have their own form of reliable transportation in order to become a mentor. This is a great opportunity to be a positive role model and a source of encouragement for a youth in need.
