Mission Statement:
UTCAO’s mission is to assist in the needs and concerns of individuals from infants to seniors in all areas which would lead to a more productive life. One of the ways we fulfill this mission is by engaging the child, the family, and the entire community. We hope you will share your goals with our family engagement staff so that we can provide you with support and resources as needed. UTCAO, EHS-CCP has several programs that can build on your strengths and help your family achieve more as a part of the Early Head Start Community.
Program History:
Union Township Community Action Organization, Inc. (UTCAO) is a private non-profit social service organization and early childhood education in Vauxhall, New Jersey founded in October 1967 by a group of concerned citizens from many walks of life.
