Mission Statement:
The mission of Intense Mentoring, Inc. is to empower young women 16 to 24 years old from Detroit and Highland Park who have not obtained their high school diploma, with the tools, resources and structure to complete their secondary education, and attain other valuable life and job skills.

Our vision is to reduce poverty in Metropolitan Detroit through education
Program History:
In 2002 Grace 2 You a church auxilliary was formed by three women including Denise Brown. The group saw that there were young women that attended church that needed additional support. Due to concerns of the church and the needs of the participants intense Mentoring became a Community organization, in 2004 Intense Mentoring was granted their 501c3 status.
