Mission Statement:
STARRY's mission is to support children, youth and parents in crisis through services that protect, educate and promote strong families.
Philosophy/Belief Statement:
Crisis is the common denominator for all of the children and families served through STARRY. The people we serve are in the midst of some of life's darkets hours. STARRY offers them the light of hope.
Emergency Shelter and Foster Care programs provide short-and longer-term residential care to children needing placement in a portective, loving, Christian environment as a result of a life-threatening abuse or neglect. Our Counseling Program offers hope to children, youth and parents who are caught in family conflict or other crises.
Our Christian ministries exists to honor God and build a better world by serving children and strengthening families.
