University Television-13

University Television-13, or UTV-13, is the student television station of the University of Pennsylvania. UTV-13 was founded in 1974, making it the oldest college television station in the country. The station is entirely student run and has 10,000 subscribers. UTV-13 is headquartered at the Hollenbeck Center. The organization is funded by a combination of budgeting allocated by the Student Activities Council (SAC) and revenue earned from renting their studio.
