Room Attendant
As Room Attendant you will be responsible for making up, cleaning, and preparing hotel rooms for our guests. You will be responsible for the cleanliness and maintenance of all rooms assigned to you per shift, your daily responsibilities as Room Attendant will involve the following: Entering and preparing the room for cleaning. The dusting of room and furniture. Making and Changing bed sheets of guest room beds. Cleaning of guest bathrooms. Replenish all guest room and bathroom supplies and amenities according to operational standards. Deliver and retrieve items on loan to guests e.g iron and ironing boards. Check and ensure the security of guest rooms and the privacy of guests. Perform rotation cleaning duties (e.g. steam clean carpets, spring cleaning, super cleaning, etc. ) as required. • Attends to guest calls, guest requests/guest complaints in the area assigned to him. Authorized to enter guest rooms for cleaning and turndown services.

Hotel Receptionist
Perform all check-in and check-out tasks. Manage online and phone reservations. Inform customers about payment methods and verify their credit card data. Register guests by collecting necessary information (like contact details and exact dates of their stay). Welcome guests upon their arrival and assign rooms. Provide information about our hotel, available rooms, rates, and amenities.
