Experience Required:
To participate in Proyecto Montezuma's English teaching program, prior experience or certification for teaching is required. For our other volunteer opportunities including sea turtle preservation and environmental volunteering, no experience is required.

Travel Arrangements:
Proyecto Montezuma's volunteer program includes all lodging in the Proyecto Lodge located directly on the beautiful Pacific Ocean. Shuttle service to Montezuma is also available upon request.

Program Highlights:
Proyecto Montezuma has a variety of hands-on volunteer programs providing each of it's volunteers with an enriching volunteer experience. Whether you are interested in volunteering with education, working with local children or helping with the conservation of Costa Rica's lush environment, Proyecto Montezuma has an opportunity for you. Our volunteer program include the following positions: Teacher Assistant, Explorer's Club Station Facilitator, Kid's Summer Camp Counselor, Environmental/Community Project Volunteer and Sea Turtle Conservation Volunteer. Each of our volunteer positions gives you hands-on experience working with the local Montezuma community.
