Mission Statement:
Kinship of Greater Minneapolis helps children, ages 5-15, in need of additional support to realize their God-given potential through adult friendships. Kinship also provides a unique service opportunity for individuals, couples and families to put their faith into action on behalf of children.
Philosophy/Belief Statement:
Kinship is unique because it encourages couple and families, as well as individuals, to spend time with a child in their communiy.
Program History:
Kinship of Greater Minneapolis has been providing caring mentors for children in need of additional adult support for over 50 years in Greater Minneapolis.
