Philosophy/Belief Statement:
Hospice affirms life and views death as a natural process. Hospice exists to support and care for persons in their last stages of incurable illness, helping them to live as fully and comfortably as possible and enabling then to have a peaceful death with resolution of loss.
Additional Information:
Amedisys Hospice is in need of volunteers who are willing to provide companionship and support to hospice patients and their caregivers. Volunteers are needed in Knox County and surrounding counties.
