Mission Statement:
The Arc Minnesota’s Mission is to promote and protect the human rights of people with intellectual and developmental disabilities, actively supporting them and their families in a lifetime of full inclusion and participation in their communities.
Philosophy/Belief Statement:
The Arc Minnesota believes systems and social change must be:
• Lead by people who have disabilities, especially those who are Black, Indigenous and People of Color

Additional Information:
Thank you for your interest in volunteering at Arc's Value Village thrift stores. We have locations in Bloomington, New Hope and Richfield. Volunteer shifts are available daily 10am - 12pm, 1pm - 4pm & 4pm - 6pm. You sign up to volunteer as often or as infrequent as you like…it's all up to you.
Typical volunteer tasks include:
- Stocking clothing/household items on sales floor
- Organizing/sizing/colorizing clothing on sales floor
- Unpacking/hanging clothing in back room
- Assisting with donation retrieval
Sign up to volunteer online at www.arcsvaluevillage.org/volunteer.

- When you find BLUE Click Here to Sign Up on the Volunteer Calendar button, click button.
- Use the calendar filter to find the store location, day and shift that works for you!
- Then Click on Individual or Group Registration.
- Enter an email address & password to sign up.
