Advanced illness poses difficult challenges for patients, but also provides special opportunities to strengthen relationships, find spiritual peace, and resolve personal issues.
Care Dimensions helps patients and families every step of the way serving them wherever they call home - private residences, assisted living communities, skilled nursing facilities and hospitals, and in our own inpatient hospice houses.
Program History:
Care Dimensions, founded in 1978 as Hospice of the North Shore, provides compassionate care throughout all stages of advanced illness. Our expansive services and expert staff honor the richness of patient lives - addressing complex medical issues as well as emotional, spiritual, and family concerns. We treat patients with dignity and respect, so they may live as fully as possible.
Events:
Care Dimensions' community events include: Services of Remembrance, Annual Auction and Regatta, Brick Dedication Ceremonies at our inpatient hospice houses, Annual Walk for Hospice, and our Tree of Lights Ceremonies held annually around the holidays.
