Mission Statement:
Utilizing education, outreach, training and technology, DVI works to strengthen the capacity of our agency, our consumers and the community so that those who are blind and visually impaired may become and/or remain, employed, independent and self-sufficient.
Philosophy/Belief Statement:
DVI provides a holistic, integrated service approach serving over 1,000 individuals annually from birth to death.
Program History:
DVI is one of Delaware's oldest state agencies having celebrated it's 100th year of providing services to citizens who are blind and visually impaired.
Additional Information:
