Mission Statement:
To advocate for the best interests of abused and neglected children whose cases are involved with the courts.
Philosophy/Belief Statement:
All children deserve to be safe and protected and free of abuse and neglect.
Program History:
We are affiliated with Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA), a national organization, that predominantly relies on trained volunteers to advocate for abused and neglected children. The Florida Legislature established the Florida Guardian ad Litem Program in the early 80s. We are a state and county funded program and we serve all sixty seven counties.
