Seeking and engaging volunteers to help us end MS Forever is at the very core of our purpose.
Annually, here in the Greater Illinois Market we oversee more than 20 different fundraising events; each event has a range of volunteer needs, from helping with participant registration to serving snacks at a rest stop to helping at a silent auction or overseeing a game on the golf course.
We also offer opportunities for our volunteers to involved with our Peer Led Support Groups, MS Camp, and programs geared towards resliance and research through out the year.
Do you have an interest in Advocacy? Each Spring our Government Relations Action Committee attends MS Action Day at our state capital. Which gives them a unique contribution in which to influence law-makers at the federal, state and municipal levels toward legislation crucial to individuals, and their families, living with MS.
The society is looking for passionate volunteers to join in our movement. Together, we can create a world free of MS!
