Additional Information:
Old Colony Hospice is local, not for profit organization based in Randolph, MA. Our caring, dedicated staff of nurses, social workers, home health aides and chaplains visits patients in 46 cities & towns surrounding Randolph. We see the patient where they live, be it in a private home, nursing home or assisted living facility. Our care begins with the patient, but embraces the family caring for the patient. We are currently recruiting for volunteers to make social visits to patients or to provide respite visits to relieve primary caregivers in the towns of Canton, Norwood, Wrentham, Mansfield, to name a few.
