There will be plunger decorating and prizes for the most decorated, plus lots of fun and games in Honky Tonk Village - cow milking, karaoke, bag toss, the world's longest bunny hop and more... with country bands along the course and at the start/finish.
Volunteers
Put on your cowboy hat, boots and cutoffs, and come join us for the fun! We can use all sorts of help both for the run/walk and to help our friends from Dogs On Deployment with the fun and games!
Here are a few of the things you might pitch in with:
- Event Setup (5:30 to 8:30 am): Set up tents, move tables and chairs, put up decorations, set up games, hang banners, assist vendors, put out food and water.
- Registration & Packet Pickup (6 to 8 am): Hand out t-shirts, race bibs, plungers, and goodie bags to runners and walkers.
- Food/Water Distribution (7:30 to 10:30 am): Work at a water station on the course or at the food/water area at the finish line.
- Course Monitors (7:30 to 10:30 am): Help out on the course to make sure runners and walkers go the right direction.
- Fun & Games (8:30 to 11:30 am): Set up and manage games in Honky Tonk Village.
- Clean is Beautiful (8:30 ton 11:30 am): Help keep Honky Tonk Village tidy.

Note: We will also need volunteers for packet picket / registration on Thursday March 31 from 2:30 pm to 7:30 pm, at Sole Sports in Glendale.
